At Custred & Co., we are here to help with anything and everything related to our products! No question is too big or too small. If you are curious about something other than the questions on this page, never hesitate to reach out! We always love hearing from our customers.

What do you do, exactly?

Right now, we sell premium socks that are very soft and high quality. Our socks feature feel good designs you can't find anywhere else. Who knows... maybe we will expand in the future?

I have no idea who "Custred&Co" is... why should I trust you?

You should check out our about us page to see who you're dealing with. We have spent a long time figuring out the best product at the best value TLDR: We are a husband and wife team that couldn't find an affordable socks that had fun designs and good quality. So we made socks we wanted to wear and decided to share them with others.

Can I help?

Yes! We rely on people who love ours socks to tell others. Most of our sales comes from our community of customers who spread the word of our clothing. So if you love them, tell others!

Product Questions

Why don't you have my size?

We are so sorry! We truly are an extremely small company, ran by just a husband and wife. To be honest with you, we can't afford to offer all sizes yet. It is our biggest goal to do so though. We recently just ordered larger sizes and we expect to get them in April! If you go to buy our socks and find we aren't in your size, we would love to know. Contact us and tell us about it!

Can I return my socks?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@custredco.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@custredco.com.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ITEMS??

Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). We tend to usually get an order shipped within two or three business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

I got my socks! How do I care for them?

Machine Wash: Wash the socks in cold or lukewarm water using a mild detergent. Turn the socks inside out before washing to protect the outer surface. Gentle Cycle: Use the gentle cycle on your washing machine to prevent excessive wear and tear. Avoid Bleaching: Do not use bleach or fabric softeners, as these can damage the fibers and affect the elasticity of the elastane. Temperature Consideration: While warm water is generally acceptable, avoid hot water as it can cause cotton to shrink. Drying: Air-dry the socks whenever possible to preserve the fabric and elasticity. If using a dryer, select a low-heat setting to prevent excessive shrinkage and damage. Avoid High Heat: Do not iron the socks, and keep them away from direct heat sources, such as radiators or heaters.
